No. Biometric information is stored locally on the device and is not uploaded to external servers.

How many users can be registered?

The Palm Vein Door Lock can store up to 500 palm vein profiles and support 100 user codes for family members and trusted users.

Can I install the Palm Vein Door Lock myself?

Yes. The lock is designed for easy installation and fits standard size doors 1-3/8” - 1-3/4”

Can the door lock be used outdoors?

Yes, the lock is weather-resistant, designed for exterior use, and rated IP55 for protection against dust and water.

How long do the batteries last?

The battery operates for up to 12 months or 5,000 activations.

What happens if the batteries die?

The lock includes Type-C port backup and pick-resistant key backup

Does the lock unlock if my hands are wet or dirty?

Yes. Palm vein recognition is designed to work even when hands are wet, dirty, dry, or worn.

Can I use a PIN code instead of palm vein recognition?

Yes. The lock supports user PIN codes as an alternative access method.

Finger vein recognition scans the unique vein structure inside your finger to verify identity.
